    Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are seeking a dynamic and personable client Experience coordinator + front of house to join our team.

    As the first point of contact for our valued clients, you will be responsible for providing the highest level of customer service, booking appointments, and ensuring smooth spa operations.

    The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, a friendly demeanour, and a knack for exceeding targets, particularly in spa membership sales.

    An interest in Skincare and aesthetics is a must.

    Proficiency in French, Russian, or Arabic languages is highly desirable.
